In order to do business, we may process personal data about you. The type of data processed depends on the nature and context of our work. We typically collect and process general contact information such as your email address.
The legal entity within the 3XN Group which is the contracting party will be the data controller of your personal contact information. GXN will be data processor on behalf of the other Group companies.
Our processing of the above-mentioned personal data will take place on the grounds of GDPR Article 6, Section 1, subsection b), since the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take necessary steps prior to entering into a contract.

Inquiries from you
When you send an inquiry to us through email, we collect and process your contact information and other information related to your inquiry.
Our processing of your data will take place on the grounds of GDPR Article 6, Section 1, subsection f), since the processing is necessary for answering your inquiry in our legitimate interest.
4.0 Security

All your personal data are stored on secure servers in Denmark.
4.2
We have implemented appropriate technical, organisational and physical measures to ensure a level of protection of your personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access in accordance with the data protection legislation in Denmark and the EU.

If we have reason to store your personal data as part of the protection of our legitimate interests, including for example legal disputes, we reserve our right to store your personal data for an extended period and minimum until the legal dispute has been determined.
6.0 Your rights

Your right of access
You are at any time entitled to by a written request to receive information about our processing of your personal information, e.g. which information we have registered about you, the processing purpose, the categories of personal information concerned and the recipients to whom the information have been or will be disclosed.
You are entitled to receive a copy of the personal information we process about you. For delivery of more than one copy, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs. Request to exercise this right must be sent in writing to us via e-mail 3xn@3xn.dk together with documentation that you are the person in question.

Your right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect personal information about you rectified by us without undue delay. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, we urge you to contact us in writing in order for us to rectify the information.

Your right to deletion
You have a right to have your personal information deleted by us without undue delay if, for instance, we no longer have a valid processing purpose, or you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based etc. If we can demonstrate compelling, legitimate reasons for continued processing which precede your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing is necessary for a legal claim to be established, exercised or defended, we are not obliged to delete your personal information.
